Waipara Valley Food and Wine Festival
Saturday 5th March 2011, 10am to 5pm
Waipara Domain, Cnr Church Road and Glenmark Drive
This Festival began in 1992 as a fund raising event for the Anglican Parish of Glenmark-Waikari and was known as The Waipara Wine and Food
Celebration. A thoroughly enjoyable day where you can enjoy sampling the local wines and food at a variety of stalls, or relax sitting on a hay bale enjoying some great music.
For 2011 the Festival is being held at the Waipara Domain, due to the earthquake damage that the Glenmark church has sustained. It will be held under shady oak trees creating the
same terrific atmosphere that everyone attending has come to know.
