Christchurch Holiday Houses is a private landlord offering short, medium and long-term houses, flats and units for rent. We have NO LETTING FEES and our application process is quick and easy!   We offer a variety of rental properties, both furnished and unfurnished, located close to the central city of Christchurch.   We have been in the business for years and really understand what makes a house feel like a home, and all of our homes are family friendly.  We offer many extras to make our houses feel like a home to you during your stay, from a welcome pack on arrival to providing telephone and internet access, and if there is anything else we can do to make your stay more please feel free to ask. We aim to please and would love to have you recommend our houses to your friends and family!        Chester St, Charleston Apartments , Kowhai Villa, Abbotts House and The Preston   are all available for medium or short term stays, we have a minimum booking period of two weeks.   If you can't seem to find anything suitable, contact us, we will do our best to help you with accommodation or refer you to someone who can.
