Riccarton Market
Every Sunday, 9am-2pm
You name it and this market will have it! Come and experience New Zealand's largest outdoor
market.
Each week over 300 vendors are there selling a wide variety of goods, from fresh fruit and vegetables to secondhand goods, furniture,
clothing, art, plants and trees, food and beverages. There is plenty of parking and the market is only 15 minutes drive from the central
city.

Christchurch Farmers Market
Wednesday evenings 4-6pm & Saturdays 9am-12noon
Riccarton House and Bush, 16 Kahu Road, Christchurch
From October 27 to December 23, Riccarton House and Bush plays host to the Christchurch Farmers Market. Each Wednesday is the twilight evening market, with a morning market on Saturdays.
There is so much on offer from breads & pastries and Olive Oil, to chocolates and pestos and almost everything in between! Come along to Riccarton House and Bush and be entertained by
musicians and gain some tips from the cooking demonstrations. A gourmet breakfast bbq is on offer at the Saturday morning market, so make sure you save some room to sample what's on offer.

Lyttleton Festival Of Lights
18-27 June
Head along to Lyttleton this winter, for ten days there are mid-winter feasts, walks, theatre, music , a street market, arts and crafts, and a fireworks display. Main features of the town will be illuminated so be sure to
take a trip at night. |
